FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions (Private Customers):
– Why are prices not visible for some products?
Because we supply exclusively to retailers. The retailer determines the final retail price of the product. We only provide recommended retail prices.
– I registered as a customer, why can’t I place an order?
After receiving your customer registration, we must first approve it. Until you receive a confirmation email from us, you will not be able to log in.
– Why can’t I place an order as a private customer?
Because we are an importer/wholesaler, we only supply to retailers and not to consumers. That is why you cannot place a direct order with us via the website.
– Where can I buy your products?
We can provide you with a list of retailers based on your postal code. If you can’t find a list of stores near you, you can email us at: verkoop@hotsports.nl.
Please include the postal code and the specific product(s) you are looking for in your message.

– Can I see my backorders?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to display backorders in the shop.
– Why can’t I complete my first order?
Before submitting your order, please check that you have filled in all address details, including the province.
– Why are the changes I made to my account details gone the next day?
For security reasons, account data synchronization is one-way. If you wish to change your account details, please contact us directly.
- I forgot to order something, but if I place a new order now, order and shipping costs are added.
If this happens shortly after the original order, that’s not a problem, and we will remove the shipping costs in our ERP system.
